  • The clinician will discuss and demonstrate an understanding of Lateral Epicondylitis examination procedures

  • The clinician will discuss and demonstrate clearing exams to rule out cervical & thoracic spines and peripheral nerves

  • The clinician will discuss and demonstrate the role of proximal stabilization in Lateral Epicondylitis

  • The clinician will demonstrate the application of exercises and their role in managing Lateral Epicondylitis.

10:15 - 11:00 Review of current literature on evaluation and treatment of Tennis Elbow

11:00 - 12:00 Role of Kinetic Chain and Trunk in Elbow.

12:00- 1:00 Lunch

1:00 - 2:30 Lab - looking at Static posture, Special tests, and differentiation of source structures. Upper quarter exam

2:30  pm - Break 

2:45 - 4:30 Treatment of Tennis Elbow / Cl

4:30- 5:00 - Closing remarks / Discussion.

About the Instructors :

Randal Glaser DPT, OCS - Randal has been practicing care for over 15 years as a Physical therapist. He has spoken at APTA CSM poster and platform presentations on the Elbow and was co-author for JOSPT Article on Tennis Elbow in 2013. He is currently faculty in an orthopedic residency for Physical Therapists.

Jiten Bhatt DPT, OCS - Jiten has been practicing care for over 25 years as a Physical therapist. He has spoken at APTA CSM poster and platform presentations on the Elbow and was co-author for JOSPT Article on Tennis Elbow in 2013. Jiten has taught internationally and in the US to other rehab professionals including physical therapists and is a DNS practitioner. He is currently faculty in an orthopedic residency for Physical Therapists.
